Mud and Carving Pumpkins

Once again I have been extra busy and it is only going to get worse. I have decided to get my teaching certification throught the Region Center in San Angelo. Luckily it is all online, but I an afraid it will be very time consuming. I have also been substituting 4 days a week and staying busy with that.

Now to the fun things, pictures of the kids.

We got a little rain the other day and as soon as Kreek came home from school he was in his old clothes and in the mud puddle.

Mud ball in hand

A few weeks ago, Eldorado had a fall festival and they had a rock climbing wall. Kaegen never went up it but Kreek did about 5 times and loved it.

He is on the far right

Almost to the top.

We also did our annual carving of the pumpkin. The kids did all the cleaning out of the pumpkin and Tim and I did most of the carving. Kaegen wanted a cat face and I think it turned out cute. Kreek just wanted a normal face and he did a good job also.

Finished products

Kaegen was Tinker Bell for Halloween and Kreek was a knight.

This is one of Kaegen's best friends, Connor and she was a pink cowgirl.

Well with the holidays coming and school for me coming I hope I will have some time to post a few thoughts and pictures. Keep me in your prayers as I have been out of college for almost 10 years. HA HA!!

WOW....that rock wall was HUGE!!! Looks like the kids had a blast. Congrats on going back to school. You'll do great and be a wonderful teacher. What grade/subject are you interested in teaching?

I just stumbled upon your blog. I did the same program from the region center in Angelo and am now in my 3rd year teaching. Let me know if you have any questions...
